Delete your Estimation data

You can have your Estimation account and all associated personal data permanently deleted. There are two options, depending on how much you want removed.

Option 1 — Disconnect Facebook only

This removes the Facebook data we hold without deleting your game account. Your coins, level and friends are kept.

  1. Open Estimation and sign in.
  2. On the home screen, tap Unlink FB.

Your Facebook ID and profile picture link are erased from our records immediately. You can also remove the app from Facebook Settings → Apps and Websites.

Option 2 — Delete your entire account

Email us from the address registered to your account:

Subject: Data deletion request
Include: your in-game username

We verify the request comes from the account’s registered email address, then delete the account. Requests are actioned within 30 days, and we email you to confirm once it is done.

What is kept

Records of completed games may be retained in anonymised form, with no link to your identity, so that other players’ match histories remain intact. Chat messages are never stored on our servers at any point, so there is nothing to delete.
